Track & Field To Compete at WKU Hilltopper Relays

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Purdue Fort Wayne track & field teams travel to Bowling Green, Ky. to compete in the Western Kentucky Hilltopper relays on Friday and Saturday, April 1 and 2.

Schedule Changes
The 'Dons have added multiple meets to their originally announced schedule. The 'Dons will compete in the Huntington Invitational (April 14), Ball State Outdoor Track & Field (April 15-16), Jack Shaw Invitational (April 29 and 30) and the Gina Relays (April 28-30).
Top Men's Marks
The following student-athletes rank in the top five in the Horizon League in their respective events:
Aaron Martin is second in the discus (44.72 meters), fourth in the javelin (50.59 meters) and fifth in the shot put (13.96 meters). Asher Walden (50.02 meters), Garrett Anglemeyer (41.75 meters) and Martin (41.41 meters) are second, fourth and fifth in the hammer throw
Cody Loshe is second in the pole vault (4.11 meters). Luke Beehler (6.55 meters) and Kai Auernheimer (5.99 meters) are fourth and fifth in the long jump.
In track events, Brent Donaldson is second in the 110-meter hurdles (18.31 seconds) and fourth in the 200 meter dash (22.43 seconds). JT Hodges (4:04.46) and Draven Thompson (4:08.80) are second and fifth in the 1500 meter run.

In track events, Brooke Neal is first in the 3,000 meter steeple chase (11:53.11). Madison King is second in the 10,000 meter run (36:24.45). Jesseca Hudson-Turpin (14.23 seconds) and Jordan Yanders (14.55 seconds) are third and fifth in the 100-meter hurdles (14.23 seconds). Sophia Buck is fifth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:06.84).
In field events, Selena Johnson (11.51 meters) and Louiza Kruiswijk (11.20 meters) are second and third in the triple jump. Miranda Haney is third in the high jump (1.60 meters). Jai Reed (5.46 meters) and Kruiswijk (5.40 meters) are third and fourth in the long jump.
In throwing events, Megan Sinnott (35.18 meters) is second in the javelin. Nakia Harris-Campbell (37.96 meters) is fourth in the discus throw. Harris-Campbell (11.85 meters) and Abbigail Garwood (11.50 meters) are fourth and fifth in the shot put.
The women's 4 by 100 meter relay team of Payton Robinson, Josefin Wikfeldt, Mariah Oberhaus and Hudson-Turpin is third (49.43 seconds).

The 'Dons travel to Rochester, Mich. to compete in the Golden Grizzles Invite, hosted by Oakland, on Friday and Saturday April 8 and 9.
Oakland is set to host the Horizon League outdoor track & field championships on Friday-Sunday, May 6-8.
