Women's Track & Field Finishes Up Day One at WKU Hilltopper Relays

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Purdue Fort Wayne women's track & field team wrapped up day one of the WKU Hilltopper Relays on Friday, April 1.
Jai Reed (5.30 meters), Ninti Little (5.20 meters) and Selena Johnson (5.18 meters) were third, sixth and eighth in the long jump. Miranda Haney (1.60 meters), Dylan Kirkwood (1.50 meters) and Allyssa Hennessey (1.45 meters) were fourth, 11th and 16th in the high jump.
Madison King (17:43.75), Brooke Neal (17:57.58), Kathy Potter (18:42.67) and Mercedes Sarver (19:37.46) were fourth, fifth, 10th and 14th in the 5,000-meter run.
Megan Sinnott (42.28 meters), Nakia Harris-Campbell (39.33 meters) and Abbigail Garwood (33.76 meters) were 14th, 20th and 24th in the hammer throw.
Day two of the WKU Hilltopper Relays resumes tomorrow at 9 a.m. with the men's discus.
