Men’s Track Wraps Final Meet Before League Championships

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The 4x400 squad of Joe Cartwright, Nicolas Blair, Brent Donaldson and Braxton Trittipo was eighth (3:20.33) on Saturday (April 22) at Ohio State's Jesse Owens Classic on Saturday (April 22) for the Purdue Fort Wayne men's track and field team.
Charles Thiam had a time of 14.87 in the 110 hurdles prelims that would've been a school record, if not for the wind. He took 13th.
Cain Hohne used a 1.94 meters mark in the high jump to take seventh.
Harrison Niswander earned eighth in the 3000 meter steeplechase. Colten Gasson was ninth (10:09.91).
Troy Golden earned 19th in the 400 meter dash (50.17).
The 'Dons are back in action at the 2023 Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field Championships hosted by Youngstown State on May 5-7.
