SEMO Tops Purdue Fort Wayne on Sunday

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – Purdue Fort Wayne closed a baseball series at SEMO on Sunday (March 2) with a 5-0 loss.
Haden Dow moved to 2-1 with the win. He went the distance for the shutout for SEMO. Ben Kasparie, Camden Karczewski and Garrett Maish each recorded a hit for the Mastodons.
Tyson Greenwood allowed one run in three innings to get the loss. He is 0-1.
SEMO scored a single run in the second and two runs in both the fourth and eighth innings. Cole Warehime finished with two doubles, two runs scored and a walk for the Redhawks.
Aidan Pearson allowed one run in 3.0 innings out of the pen.
The 'Dons fall to 1-10. SEMO improves to 6-5. The 'Dons are at Tennessee Tech next weekend for a four-game series.
