TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - The Purdue Fort Wayne women's track and field program completed the final day at Indiana State's Gibson Invitational on Saturday (April 18).
McKayla Henry highlighted the day in Terre Haute, throwing a personal record in the discus throw. The senior's 42.91 meter mark is the third-furthest in the Horizon League.
Two Mastodon runners set personal record times in the 1500 meters. Haylee Hile led the 'Dons with a 4:47.08 time and Kynzlei Bassett completed the event in 5:08.59.
Diana Hodges turned in a personal record 2:26.77 800 meters time at the Gibson Invitational.
The 'Dons will travel to the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet (April 24-25) for the last meet before the Horizon League Outdoor Championships (May 8-10).
