All-Summit Team selection... Top singles player on the roster playing all 26 matches at the No. 1 spot... Ended the year with an overall record of 10-16, including a 2-3 record in Summit League action... Paired with Joao Freitas to form the No. 1 Doubles tandem on the team... Posted an overall record of 14-11 at the top spot winning six of their final 10 matches... Ended the year with a 3-2 record vs. Summit League foes in doubles competition.
2011-12 SEASON
Posted an 11-20 record overall and 10-11 on the dual season... Went 3-2 in Summit League action... Played the No. 2 position... Teamed with Joao Freitas... The duo went 4-1 at the No. 2 spot in conference and 7-7 overall... Player of the Week for the Summit League on Feb. 7.
2010-11 SEASON
Kang was a key player for the 'Dons in his first year at IPFW... Compiled a 13-15 overall record while playing mostly at the No. 4 spot... Was 15-20 in doubles but 12-15 with partner, Junya Saruta... Summit League's Player of the Week in March.
