Rudolphi directs the strength and conditioning program for the men's and women's basketball teams, as well as the men's and women's golf teams, and men's and women's volleyball teams. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Prior to being named to his current position, Rudolphi was a strength and conditioning graduate assistant at Southeast Missouri State University, where he also earned a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition. Rudolphi earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
Rudolphi, a native of Illinois, currently resides in Fort Wayne with his wife, Michele, and dog, Cape.
