2008 Season
Began her collegiate career with a 20:38 at the Mel Brodt Invitational 5K at BGSU. Ran a career-best 5K time of 20:00 at the Notre Dame Invitational Gold Division race. Posted a 6K time of 24:50 at the University of Arkansas Chili Pepper Invite. Ran a career-best 24:36 6Ktime at the Summit League Championships in Shreveport, Louisiana.

High School
Schultz ran track and cross country for head coach Rick Livesey at Herscher High School in Herscher, Illinois. She was part of Herscher[apos]s I-8 Conference Championship. She qualified for states all four years with the Tigers. She twice selected to the All-State team in cross and track.

Personal
A nursing major, Rachel is the daughter of Greg and Anne Schultz. She has two sisters, Megan and Justine.
