Cape Girardeau, MO - In their lone weekend match, the iPFW women's tennis team blanked the Southeast Missouri Redhawks, 7-0, on Saturday in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

The Mastodons swept the Redhawks in both singles and doubles matches and improve to a 16-3 record overall this season.

In doubles play, the IPFW team of Caterina Kiefer and Alex Forsyth downed SEMO's Ashton Hartley and Laura Garcia en route to an 8-0 victory at the No. 2 position.

IPFW had four-straight set victories in singles play, including perfect sets from Raquel Vescovi at the No. 3 position and Forsyth at the No. 6 spot after they each won 6-0, 6-0.

The Mastodons will return to action on Thursday (March 17) against Centenary and Southern Utah in day one of a three-day conference cluster in Las Vegas, Nevada.
