Baseball Set For Four Game Series With Leathernecks

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The IPFW baseball team hosts Summit League rival Western Illinois for a pair of league and non-league games. The doubleheader on Saturday, April 12 will count in the league standings while the doubleheader on Sunday, April 13 will be non-league contests.

The Leathernecks sit a game back of IPFW in the Summit League standings with a 4-2 record. WIU split its series with South Dakota State that included a 5-2 loss in 11 innings and followed up with a sweep of North Dakota State.
