Women's Tennis Continues Road Swing at Omaha and South Dakota

OMAHA, Neb. - The IPFW women's tennis team will look to rebound from a loss at 67th ranked Denver as the team continues its six-match road swing with a battle at Omaha on April 3 and at South Dakota on April 4.

SCOUTING THE MASTODONS
The Mastodons have five players with double-figure win totals, led by defending Summit League Player of the Year Mayu Sato who is 28-7, including a 20-4 mark at No. 1 singles and a 2-0 record in the Summit League. Carlota Trevino has won 19 singles matches, and is 9-8 at No. 3, as Sara Sherif is 18-9 and a winning record at No. 4 (5-2), No. 5 (7-4) and No. 6 (2-1) singles. Marcy Huck and Sofia Sorokina each have 17 wins.

Huck and Sato are a combined 21-11 in doubles, including 13-9 in the spring. Two other doubles teams, Alina Schibol and Sherif, and Kristine Lindal and Trevino, each have 14 doubles victories on the season.
