Coleman Fourth In 400 Meters At EIU

CHARLESTON, Ill. – Fort Wayne women's track and field wrapped up the Eastern Illinois University Big Blue Classic on Saturday (April 1). Olivia Coleman used a time of 58.05 to finish fourth in the 400 meter dash.
As a team the Mastodons finished fifth with 55 points.
Emma Rafuse took 14th in the 800 meters, stopping the clock in 2:18.32. Madison Fruchey was sixth (4:43.39) and Rafuse was 11th (4:44.85) in the 1500 meters. Fruchey returned later in the meet to take fourth in the steeplechase (11:24.98).
The Mastodons return to the track on April 15 at the Ball State Challenge.
