Preview: Saturday's meet will be Fort Wayne's second meet of the outdoor season. Madison Fruchey ran a time of 17:15.55 in the 5,000 meters at the EIU Big Blue Classic, the first outdoor event of the season for the Mastodons. Fruchey returned later in the meet to take fourth in the steeplechase (11:24.98). Olivia Coleman used a time of 58.05 to finish fourth in the 400 meter dash.
Next Up: The Mastodons are at the Illinois Twilight on April 22.
