Two Men's Track & Field Records Fall on Saturday

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Ezra Lewellen and Jonas Morris set school records for the Purdue Fort Wayne men's track and field team on Saturday (Dec. 2).
Lewellen used a time of 6.74 to win the 60 meters and break a school record previously set in 2019. Jonas Morris won the 300 meters (34.85), also breaking a previous record from 2019.
Zyler Johnson was first in the weight throw (15.77 meters). Brevin Miller earned a title in the shot put (14.53 meters).
Tyler Hershberger, Jaylin Springer, Dona Fagnon and Brent Donaldson won the 4x400 relay (3:34.90).
Seth Mills (2:02.73) picked up a win in the 800 meters with Jack Mills (2:03.91) and Colten Gasson (2:05.32) following.
The 'Dons are back in action on Friday (Dec. 8) at Indiana Tech.
