- Katie Clark has the third best time in the league this year (56.59) in the 400. Clark was fifth in the 400 at last season's indoor championships.
- Brooke Neal brings in the second best 5000 meters time in the league (17:09.39).
- Ali Sparks enters with the fifth best marks in the shot put (13.39 meters) and weight throw (16.16 meters).
- Jesseca Hudson-Turpin has the third best time in the 60 hurdles in the league this year at 8.55. She was fourth at indoors last season.
- The squad of Sophia Buck, Clark, Hudson-Turpin and Dylan Kirkwood are seeded second in the 4x400 relay (3:50.61).
- Lydia Carrell, Madeline McClerren, Ava Genovese and Makaila Groves are seeded third in the DMR.
- Jai Reed is entered into the 60, 200 and long jump for the 'Dons. Her 60 seed is the sixth best in the league while her long jump mark is ninth.
What to Watch For (men):

- Draven Thompson, Colten Gasson, Harrison Niswander and Joe Cartwright bring in the best seed time of 10:20.01 in the DMR in the league.
- Brent Donaldson, Braxton Trittipo, Nicolas Blair and Troy Golden own a time of 3:17.54 in the 4x400, second best in the league.
- Trittipo's time in the 400 (48.74) is third best.
- In the high jump, Cain Hohne enters with the third seed (2.04 meters).
- Kai Auernheimer has the second best heptathlon performance of the season in the league (4349).
- In the 800, Kobe Milledge is seeded fifth while teammate Weston Miser isn't much lower at the eighth spot.
- Meanwhile Andrew Whitinger owns the seventh seed in the 5000 meters while Nicholas Mills is sixth in the mile.
