
Men’s Tennis Defeated at Wright State

Final Results
SPRINGBORO, Ohio – The IPFW men's tennis team faced Wright State today at the South Regency Tennis Center. The Raiders defeated the Mastodons 6-1, putting IPFW's overall record at 1-5.
Joao Freitas defeated Evan Neuman in No. 6 Singles 6-3, 6-2 to give IPFW a point on Saturday. Daniel Kang and Martin Muadi came close, but both were ultimately defeated leading to the 1-6 loss.
Kang lost 6-4, 3-6, 4-10 in No. 1 Singles and Muadi was taken down 5-7, 6-2, 9-11 in No. 5 Singles. Connor Andrews took the loss in No. 2 Singles 6-2, 6-3, and Gerard Guell was defeated in No. 3 Singles 6-0, 6-2.
Rounding out the action for IPFW in singles play was Andres Cobos who lost to Jamison Clark 6-4, 6-4 in No. 4 Singles.
Doubles action also went to the Raiders as Wright State won two out of three. Freitas and Kang defeated Clark and Joblin in No. 1 Doubles 8-5, but No.2 and No.3 Doubles went to Wright State as the Raiders won 8-4 in No. 2 and 8-7 in No. 3.
