Men's Tennis Hosts Three on Weekend

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The IPFW men's tennis team hosts a trio of matches in the coming weekend, hosting the Grace Lancers, the Northern Illinois Huskies, and the Indiana Tech Warriors.
SCOUTING THE MASTODONS
The Mastodons come into the weekend with five players having won at least 10 matches this season, led by the 22 wins from sophomore Karl Wangensten-Oye, who has won eight in a row and is 8-3 at No. 6 singles and 5-0 at No. 5. Andres Cobos is 15-14, including 4-1 at No. 3 and 5-7 at No. 2. Martin Muadi (14-10), Daniel Cardenas (14-15), and Gerard Guell (11-14) all have double-figure wins, and all are riding a one-match win streak.
In doubles, the tandem of Cardenas and Cobos are a combined 9-3 at No. 2 doubles, and are 12-8 overall as a team. Guell and Muadi, after a strong fall season, are 12-9 overall on the season, including 4-6 at No. 1 pairs.Â
