Men's Track & Field Wins DMR Title

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Jarred Neff, Kobe Milledge, Kehinde Oladapo and Harrison Niswander came together to win the Distance Medley Relay with a school record time of 10:04.10 on day one of the Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships on Saturday (Feb. 24).
Niswander, fresh off being named the Male Athlete of the Year on Friday, edged Youngstown State's Owen Brady at the line to best YSU by .14 of a second.
It wasn't the only school record on the day. Ezra Lewellen ran a school record 21.74 in the 200 meters to qualify as the fourth seed for Sunday's 200 meter final. Lewellen also qualified for the 60 meter final as his 6.80 was good for third overall. He'll be joined in the final by Isaiah Smith who's seeded eighth.
Jonas Morris posted the top time in the 400 meter prelim of 48.91 and will run as the top seed in tomorrow's final. Niswander's 800 meter time of 1:55.23 has him ranked third in the final.
Andrew Roman scored points for the 'Dons with a sixth place finish in the pole vault. His best mark was 4.53m.
