'Dons Break 4x100 Meter Relay School Record at High Point

HIGH POINT, N.C. - The Purdue Fort Wayne men's track & field team capped off day two of the VertKlasse Meeting (April 5), hosted by High Point, by breaking the 4x100 meter relay school record.
The relay squad of Noah Morris, Jonas Morris, Jaylin Springer and Ezra Lewellen ran the Horizon League's quickest 4x100 meter relay time of 41.73, breaking the former school record by 0.01 seconds.
Lewellen ran the 200 meter dash in 10.52 at the meet, claiming the best time in the HL.
Jonas Morris also holds the league's second-fastest 400 meter dash time after completing the event in 48.77.
Purdue Fort Wayne will travel to Indiana Wesleyan on April 11-12 for the Little State Championships.
